Store Associate

Georgetown Cupcake Store Associates love to smile! Store Associates assist customers in all aspects of order fulfillment and undergo a training program that includes mastery of Georgetown Cupcake's expansive menu of cupcake flavors, barista training, operating point-of-sale systems, and cupcake packaging and gift-wrapping. Store Associate positions offer flexible hours in a fun and dynamic work environment with exciting career growth possibilities for outstanding performers.

Assistant Manager

Georgetown Cupcake Assistant Managers are responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing all incoming orders and customer correspondence, coordinating support for community events and charitable organizations, and upholding Georgetown Cupcake's standard for excellence. The ideal candidate personifies Georgetown Cupcake's customer-centered philosophy and possesses outstanding organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Requirements include full-time availability, a college degree, and a minimum of one year experience or equivalent in a managerial role.
