How are the cupcakes shipped?

Our cupcakes are shipped via FedEx overnight shipping in special shipping packaging to ensure their safe travel.
How far in advance should I place my order?

For National Shipping orders - Orders placed by 5pm ET will ship out for arrival the next day. Please note that during peak holiday periods, earlier shipping cut-off times may be in effect. Orders may be placed up to 30 days in advance.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes! We do offer gluten-free and vegan cupcake flavors. Please note that we are not a strictly gluten-free or vegan bakery and we do not recommend our cupcakes for individuals with serious food allergies.
Can I customize my cupcakes with logos or messages?

Yes, you can customize your cupcakes with logos or images. Choose your flavors and then upload your image during the checkout process.
Where do you deliver?

In addition to shipping nationwide to the continental United States, we offer local delivery via courier in the DC Metro area.
