Since opening in 2008, Georgetown Cupcake has supported numerous local and national charitable organizations and has donated millions of cupcakes and dollars to charitable causes.
make-a-wish foundation
Since opening in 2008, Georgetown Cupcake has been a proud partner of Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic. and has helped grant transformational wishes to children battling critical illnesses in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia community. Georgetown Cupcake co-owners Katherine and Sophie both serve as Board Members of Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic.

Georgetown Cupcake is proud to support members of the United States military and their families. Since 2010, Georgetown Cupcake has partnered with Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the USO to send over 60,000 cupcakes to members of the U.S. Military serving overseas. Georgetown Cupcake thanks all members of the military community for their service!
hope for henry foundation
Georgetown Cupcake is dedicated to bringing happiness into the lives of children everywhere, especially those children facing extreme hardships. Through our support of the Hope for Henry Foundation, Georgetown Cupcake partners with Medstar Georgetown University Hospital and Children's National Medical Center to benefit children suffering from life-threatening illnesses as well as their families.
