Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring that every order arrives in accordance with our quality standards and is undamaged. If your order arrives late or is damaged, please contact us and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns. Customers may keep or discard their original order as needed.
Substitutions
Due to the limited and sometimes seasonal availability of our products, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When possible, we will contact customers regarding substitutions. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery of gift orders.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that any change requests may result in a shipping delay.
