How are the cupcakes shipped?

Our cupcakes are baked fresh daily and shipped in custom packaging to arrive perfectly intact and delicious—no matter the distance.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Because we receive a large volume of delivery orders for each day, we request that all delivery orders be placed by 5:00pm the day before via ourorder page. However, same-day delivery orders are available and all available delivery times will be shown on our website order page. Please note that same-day deliveries may not be available on dates when we are fulfilling a high volume of delivery orders. Same-day delivery is also available from our store locations via DoorDash,UberEats, and GrubHub.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Georgetown Cupcake is pleased to offer both gluten-free and vegan cupcake flavors and we are constantly adding new flavors to our menu. However, Georgetown Cupcake is not an allergen-free bakery. Since we bake with high volumes of wheat (gluten) flour and dairy products on our premises, we advise customers with gluten or dairy allergies to err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our cupcakes.

Can I customize my cupcakes with logos or messages?

We decorate our cupcakes with a variety of handmade fondant hearts, flowers, and other seasonal decorations. Georgetown Cupcake is also pleased to offer a selection of custom fondant decorations for special occasions including holidays, birthdays, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and corporate events. In addition, cupcakes can be customized with logos and images (printed on fondant discs or squares). Custom fondant decorations are offered at $3 per dozen and require a minimum order of one dozen cupcakes. Please note that Georgetown Cupcake does not offer custom sculpted or three-dimensional fondant decorations on cupcakes. Where do you deliver?

You can place an order for pick-up, delivery, or overnight nationwide shipping through ourorder page. All available pick-up and delivery dates and times, and shipping arrival dates will be shown on the website ordering system. Please note that Georgetown Cupcake may impose earlier order cut-off dates and times for order dates when we are fulfilling a high volume of pick-up, delivery, and national shipping orders.
